The feedback we regularly see from those who stay at the Grand Casselbergh is that it exceeded their expectations. Created from three historical residences this lovely hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the old city, within walking distance of all the historical highlights of Bruges, the market square (300m), and all the best shopping streets.

It’s a great location – you’re right by one of the main squares but not on it, so it’s still quiet and yet from here you can walk all over the city. Inside, the hotel has been newly refurbished to a high standard – in a classic style with high ceilings, marble floors, antique-looking furniture - think of it as beautifully decadent but without any pretentiousness.

Breakfast is a high end buffet, more than enough for the biggest appetites and when you consider the degree of comfort and quality, you might be thinking ‘pricey’ but the cost is very reasonable and comes as a pleasant surprise – especially if there’s a free night offer running. We would highly recommend this hotel for loads of comfort, no fuss and some real quality – great for a romantic weekend or special occasion.
