Set in a peaceful pine forest just minutes from the town centre this resort has everything you need for a memorable break on the French coast. The hotel combines the best of modern design and amenities with good old-fashioned friendly and efficient service.

We highly recommend the Mezzanine family rooms with their maisonette style split level accommodation; these offer a little bit of privacy to parents staying with their children but can also cater for 4 adults sharing, so ideal for golfing buddies in view of the superb courses on offer in this area – probably some of the best golf in France.

The glass-housed swimming pool is big enough for a serious swim (we tried it before breakfast and enjoyed it all to ourselves) and the jacuzzi is a good size too, when you’ve had enough exercise there’s a sun lounge terrace above which is ideal to relax on. One pleasant surprise when we visited was the restaurant ‘Le Picardy’ – this is a really good quality restaurant that we think will impress with creative dishes and a good selection of wines, together with very friendly, helpful waiting staff.

When the weather is good (which it often is) you can choose to dine on the large terrace or relax outside with a drink from the bar. This Holiday Inn Hotel has a light and airy feel within well maintained grounds, the breakfast choices are very good – one of the best hotel breakfasts we found in Le Touquet, from a light continental option to breads, pastries and the full English works - sausages, eggs and grilled tomatoes. Parking is available on-site and free of charge to guests.
