Offering a warm welcome, excellent service and located in a quiet spot right in the heart of Ypres, this is a beautiful family-run hotel that regular guests cannot help but return to year after year.

You can easily discover the town by foot, drink in the rich historical atmosphere that Ypres provides in one of the many cafés and restaurants in the main square or watch The Last Post Ceremony held each night at the Menin Gate.

Guests visiting the battlefields are perfectly situated. While the hotel runs tours, friendly staff will provide helpful information and there are even a number of interesting exhibits in the hotel itself.

Rooms are comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. There is an orangery, a sunny terrace surrounded by pretty, well-manicured gardens and a restaurant which in itself is well worth a visit. Intimate, cosy and offering a gourmet menu, we've heard there is quite a feast for the senses. Beautifully prepared home-cooked dishes are always fresh, seasonal and exquisitely presented.

Without a shadow of a doubt the Hotel Ariane is an excellent hotel. We highly recommend it's first rate quality and wonderful atmosphere.
